Cameron started BizBud while playing professional soccer, after watching too many creator friends and online business owners get stuck with accountants who didn’t understand how they actually earned. He believes every situation is unique and deserves a custom plan, not a cookie-cutter one. As Chief Operating Officer of BizBud, Jared oversees day-to-day operations, internal systems, and team coordination to ensure a seamless client experience. With a strong background in operations and process optimization, he helps BizBud maintain high service standards no matter the client needs. Prior to BizBud, Jared was a professional soccer player, an experience that shaped his leadership style, discipline, and team-first mindset. Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn baby, running, and playing golf.

Hassaan is a Senior Accountant and CPA at BizBud with over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Before joining BizBud, he spent years at PwC, where he supported clients through complex accounting matters and compliance issues, building a sharp eye for detail along the way. Clients working with Hassaan get a reliable, detail-oriented partner who takes the time to get things right, not just get them done fast. Outside of work, Hassaan loves to travel and play billiards, or just relax in the mountains. Hiking, though, is where he draws the line.

Radhika is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in finance, banking, accounting, and tax. She holds a Master’s in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, but what really sets her apart is that she genuinely enjoys the work. No matter how complicated a tax situation gets, she’s the first to dig in and figure it out. At BizBud, Radhika prepares tax returns for individuals and small businesses, bringing a calm, practical approach to every client’s situation, no matter how messy the starting point. Outside of work, Radhika spends her time with family and loves exploring different cultures through travel.

Melanie is a Senior Accountant and CPA with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses across the U.S. and globally. She specializes in bookkeeping, and she takes real pride in keeping every client’s records accurate and their financial reporting on time, every time.

Her background includes time at Deloitte, where she built the kind of rigor she still brings to every set of books she touches today.

Outside of work, Melanie loves to travel and spend time at the beach.

With more than 10 years of experience in tax, Gonzalo serves as a Senior Tax Advisor at BizBud, helping clients with both tax consultation and tax preparation. He previously worked at EY, where he built a strong foundation in handling complex, high-stakes tax situations. Gonzalo brings that same depth of experience to every client he works with at BizBud, breaking down complicated tax questions into answers people can actually act on. In his free time, he enjoys grilling good food and playing soccer with friends.

Hannah is the Executive Assistant at BizBud, where she helps oversee all client onboarding and supports leadership in day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in ensuring new clients have a smooth, organized, and positive experience from the very beginning. Hannah was also a former star lacrosse player at the University of Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, coaching lacrosse and soccer, and staying involved in her community.

Jenna is an Assistant at BizBud who helps ensure clients have a smooth, organized experience from day one. She manages document collection, keeps projects on track, and supports the onboarding process so everything moves efficiently and on time. Her attention to detail and proactive communication help clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their engagement. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family and her newborn.
